DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Quran is at the heart of Maqasid Institute’s scholarly approach and methodology. Continuous cycles of reflection on the Quran is a necessary step for every scholar and practitioner desiring to understand divine guidance in their field of inquiry. This seven-month program is designed to guide participants through one full-cycle of reflection. Its aim is to open hearts and minds to the objectives – maqasid – of the Quran through the Quran’s direct and more subtle forms of communication. \nThe program follows the suggestion by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that the Quran be read over seven periods and subsequently elaborated by his companions as Fa-m-y b-sh-aw-q\, literally my mouth with longing\, which apportioned the Quran equally over the seven periods of study.

DESCRIPTION:يقدم معهد المقاصد مساق النظر المقاصدي في التعامل مع الحديث النبوي لأستاذ الحديث الدكتور عمار الحريري\nوهو مساق تأسيسي يقدم عن بعد في الحديث النبوي مكون من (36 ساعة تعليمية)، يهدف إلى إكساب الطالب مفاهيم أساسية وأدوات منهجية للتعامل مع السنة النبوية، حيث يتم التركيز على أهم المفاهيم والمسائل الحديثية وقراءة مختصرة لأهم المصادر في تدوين الحديث كالكتب الستة، ثم يكتسب الطالب تأصيلا أصوليا ضمن مقاربات ذات خلاصات مهمة حول مكانة خبر الواحد والاحتجاج به، ليختم الطالب المساق بالتركيز على الجانب الفقهي المقاصدي لأهميته في دراسة الأحاديث دراسة نقدية تمنح الطالب القدرة في بناء ملكة فقهية أقرب إلى روح الشريعة والنظام والنسق الواحد لها \nيأتي هذا المساق ضمن عدد من المساقات التأسيسية  التي يقدمها معهد المقاصد بهدف تزويد الطلاب والباحثين بالأدوات والمنهجيات اللازمة لإحداث نقلة منهجية في الاجتهاد الإسلامي المعاصر بفهم صحيح للوحي (القرآن والسنة).
