The discussion will emphasize the importance of nurturing these abilities in a balanced manner to achieve mental and emotional harmony. Drawing from Quranic teachings\, the lecture integrates spiritual wisdom with psychological understanding\, providing a unique perspective on human nature. Practical applications in mental health\, education\, and social development will also be addressed\, offering valuable insights for personal and communal advancement. This approach aims to bridge traditional knowledge with contemporary practices\, fostering a deeper appreciation of human potential. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nDr. Bagus Ryono \nDr. Bagus Riyono\, president of the International Association of Muslim Psychologists (IAMP)\, is a psychology lecturer at Gadjah Mada University\, Indonesia. His research focuses on Islamic psychology\, covering motivation\, personality\, leadership\, and organizational development. An industrial and organizational psychologist\, he has consulted for major organizations since 1995. He earned his master’s in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University\, New York. Dr. Riyono also leads SIETAR-Indonesia and Gerakan Indonesia Beradab\, a movement for human dignity. His 2011 dissertation integrated conventional and spiritual theories of motivation.
